| "I recently purchased the P-51 w/ retracts (.46 size - Miss America). I put
an OS .46AX (12x6 propeler) w/bisson mufler and it performed great!! No one
could believe how well it flies !! Fast, nimble and no mistery for landings.

fly electric only and this 'Candy Man P-51'is by far my best
performer yet. I fly Max-Cim brushless motor, 21 cells and a
15/8 prop and at only 7# 11oz total weight it goes vertical
forever." - Bobbandix "I recently stripped the monokote
off a P-51 and sheeted the open bays on the wings and the stab.
I also glassed the entire plane with 3/4oz. cloth and Zpoxy
finishing resin. The vertical stab has 3 oz cloth on it. The
plane weighs in at 8.5lbs. I've got a 91 4 stroke flying a 13x8
apc prop at 9500 rpms. Plane flies nicely even with the extra
